Cowen downgraded Embraer to Market Perform from Outperform following its Q4 results, which were below expectations. The firm cited lower margins in its Executive Jets segment and a less favorable product mix in Commercial Aviation. Cowen lowered its price target to $29 from $39 on Embraer shares.
