BofA/Merrill analyst Gabe Moreen downgraded Energy Transfer Equity to Neutral from Buy and lowered his price target to $8 from $14 on shares. The analyst believes counterparty risk and longer term leverage concerns may weigh on the complex and result in a cash distribution cut for the company.
