As previously reported, Longbow downgraded Eaton to Neutral from Buy. Analyst Eli Lustgarten said survey results indicate North American fluid power demand declined 5%-8% among distributors, while overall fluid power shipments appear to be declining at a low double digit rate because of weak OEM shipments. Lustgarten trimmed Eaton estimates due to the ongoing weak end demand and said shares are within 6.4% of hit previous price target.
