As previously reported, BofA/Merrill upgraded Eaton to Buy from Neutral and raised his price target to $90 from $85. Analyst Andrew Obin is more constructive on Eaton's core growth given the solid industrial macro backdrop, and improved visibility on Electrical Systems & Services segment growth. The analyst said Eaton is staying ahead of the curve on raw material cost inflation with pricing, which should reduce earnings concerns for the balance of the year.
