Citigroup downgraded Eaton Vance (EV) to Sell citing "decaying efficacy" for the company’s exchange-traded managed fund business as well a "premium valuation." Citi cut its price target for shares to $36.50 from $38 and continues to recommend a pair trade of long WisdomTree (WETF), short Eaton.
