Cantor Fitzgerald Steven Halper tells investors in a research note that he is maintaining a positive investment view of the healthcare IT segment, and believes demand for products and services in the sector will continue to drive long-term growth. Specifically, he continues to rate Cerner (CERN) and Evolent Health (EVH) Overweight, as both are "nicely" leveraged to population health, with Evolent mostly a pure play in the segment.
