BofA/Merrill said if AmSurg (AMSG) targets 10% accretion in a potential acquisition of Envision Healthcare (EVHC), it could pay around $32 per share for the company. Conversely, the firm said Envisoin could not likely pay a premium for AmSurg, under the same 10% accretion assumptions.
