Baird said they are positive on the deal agreed to by Envision Healthcare (EVHC) and AmSurg (AMSG) and recommend buying both on any weakness. The firm feels the synergy targets are too low, as both companies are growing faster apart than the projected rate together. Baird reiterated its Outperform ratings on both Envision and AmSurg shares.
