Stephens analyst Drew Jones downgraded Exact Sciences to Equal Weight from Overweight, saying he has little confidence that the company will be able to meet its current 2016 guidance given its Q1 outlook for volumes to be essentially flat with a weak Q4. The analyst, who also remains conservative on the chances for broad commercial coverage for Cologuard, lowered his price target on the stock to $7 from $12.
