After meeting with representatives of many retailers, BMO Capital says that business appears to be rebounding for retailers that are offering well-received products as the weather gets colder. The firm says that Express (EXPR) is seeing strong traffic, driven by its focus on fashion in its women's clothing this year, while lululemon (LULU) looks poised to benefit from strong demand for its nulu fabric and American Eagle's (AEO) stretch demin looks well-positioned. The firm expects all three companies to be "holiday winners."
