Citi analyst Scott Schrier says the recent selloff in shares of Eagle Materials creates a buying opportunity. The analyst continues to view Eagle's high margin segment favorably despite softness in the wallboard industry. He lowered his price target for the shares to $75 from $78 and keeps a Buy rating on the name.
