As previously reported, Longbow upgraded Eagle Materials to Buy from Neutral with a $133 price target. Analyst Garik Shmois's recent wallboard survey indicates pricing is tracking 200bp ahead of his prior expectations. In addition, Shmois said cement fundamentals are improving, energy markets provide upside, and balance sheet flexibility are additional catalysts.
