As noted earlier, Stifel analyst Derrick Whitfield started coverage of Diamondback with a $123 price target and a Buy rating. The analyst is upbeat on the company's management and says that it has the lowest supply costs of any company he covers. Whitfield expects Diamondback to benefit from its exposure to the Delaware, which he calls "the most catalyst-rich basin in the Lower 48."
