Roth Capital analyst Darren Aftahi notes that Facebook (FB) has been slowly adding features that may have far reaching consequences in his coverage sector, including recommendations as well as further local business interactions such as appointment booking, getting a quote and online food ordering. The analyst sees Facebook's partnership with IAC's (IAC) HomeAdvisor as a negative for Angie's List (ANGI) and its online ordering as a "modest negative" for GrubHub (GRUB). With the announcement of online ordering, getting a quote for home services, and additional Facebook features for appointment booking at salon and spas, the Pages feature set expansion is perhaps the most bearish for Yelp (YELP), Aftahi notes.

Jefferies raised the firm's price target on Yelp to $43 from $42 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. In a preview note for the U.S. Internet group, the firm says it will be looking for signs of sustainability in elevated ARPU growth at Yelp, especially as locations/app MAUs remain in decline.
