Cleveland Research analyst Kevin Rottinghaus continues to see upside to Facebook's Q3 and 2017 revenues and earnings driven by strong ecommerce, retail DPA adoption, and tight ad inventory. His recent work suggests Facebook is letting ad customers know ad inventory has tightened and pricing is moving higher and he expects strong profit leverage from any mix-up of ad inventory. The analyst is modeling Q3 earnings of $1.02 versus consensus of 96c and said Facebook remains a favorite idea. Shares are Buy rated.
