SunTrust analyst Youssef Squali maintained a Buy rating and $215 pirce target on Facebook shares. In a "Quick Thoughts" note, Squali noted that Facebook "finally published its white paper this morning detailing its plans for building a stable currency on a secure and stable blockchain platform to offer more access to better and cheaper financial services worldwide." He added that unlike most cryptocurrencies, this one would be backed by real assets, and governed by credible industry players, "which should both limit the volatility of the currency and bring much needed credibility to this initiative."
