Barclays analyst Brian Johnson upgraded Fiat Chrysler to Overweight and raised his price target for the shares to EUR 18 from EUR 13. The analyst likes both the strategic options and the operating story at Fiat. He believes CEO Sergio Marchionne, with 18 months left in his tenure, is open to a range of options to unlock shareholder value. Further, "at a minmum," the analyst sees Fiat coming closer to the 2018 targets than does consensus.
