As previously reported, Janney Capital upgraded First Cash Financial to Buy from Neutral and raised its price target to $59 from $52. Analyst John Rowan said First Cash Financial's announced cost savings from the Cash America acquisition are $65M, but he sees additional upside potential the four-wall operating improvements that can be had from the legacy Cash America footprint. He expects Cash America to become more efficient and operate on par with Fist Cash's domestic pawn operations.
