UBS analyst Alex Kramm downgraded FactSet Research Systems to Sell and lowered his price target for the shares to $138 from $164. Slowing buy-side employment growth will drive a lower valuation for the shares, Kramm tells investors in a research note. The analyst says FactSet's "strong franchise" is not immune to industry pressures.
