As previously reported, Credit Suisse analyst Jacob Lundberg downgraded Forum Energy to Neutral from Outperform on margin uncertainty. The analyst notes the company has not come close to achieving a 50% incremental margin quarter and has "significantly" lagged the incremental margin performance of its peers. Lundberg also lowered his price target on the shares to $12 from $23.
