Avondale upgraded FIS Global (FIS) citing the strategic acquisition of SunGard Data Systems for $9.1B. The firm thought management did an effective job explaining the strategic value of the deal as well as accretion to earnings. Avondale raised its price target on FIS Global shares to $80 from $66.
