Detwiler notes Five9 (FIVN) is deeply integrated into Salesforce (CRM), and relies on its CRM and system integrator relationship for lead generation in order to gain new clients. The firm's analyst said Five9 integrates with additional CRM vendors, but its application was built on Saleforce's Force.com ecosystem.
