As previously reported, Morgan Stanley downgraded Frank's International to Equal Weight from Overweight and a $14 price target. Analyst Ole Slorer is cautious on Frank's heading into the report tomorrow given recent data from peers and expects a loss of 18c, versus consensus of 14c, and a weak outlook heading into 2017. He expects Frank's to continue to see Gulf of Mexico rig count declines and further declines in international sales as additional deepwater rigs rolled off contracts.
