RBC Capital analyst Amit Daryanani says that Flex's (FLEX) "emerging partnership" with Nike (NKE) could generate $1.5B-$2B of revenue and 25c+ of EPS for Flex "over the next couple of years," significantly outpacing the company's target. The analyst says that Flex's EPS is poised to rise at least 10% through 2020, while Flex's multiple could expand. He keeps an Outperform rating on Flex.
