After Flamel agreed to buy FSC Holdings, SunTrust thinks the deal is logical from a financial and strategic viewpoint. The firm thinks the deal diversifies the company's revenue, lessening its dependence on injectable generic Eclat, while boosting its commercial infrastructure and sales team. SunTrust keeps a $33 price target and Buy rating on Flamel.
