Pivotal Research, which lowered its price target on Flowers Foods to $4 from $8 earlier this month, noted that plaintiffs in the Arizona case Coyle vs. Flowers Foods won class-action certification for their case on Monday. The firm reiterates its Sell rating and $4 target on Flowers shares.
