Citi analyst Andrew Kaplowitz believes cyclical or project execution headwinds have been holding shares of Fluor back. However, the analyst sees an "inflection in sight" for the company. 2018 may be the year Fluor "can begin to put it all together and we think investors should be there to enjoy the party," Kaplowitz tells investors in a research note. He believes oil and gas and mining awards, improved execution, and contribution from the "lesser known" Industrial businesses could drive stock appreciation. The analyst reiterates a Buy rating Fluor.
