As reported previously, Baird analyst Andrew Wittmann downgraded Fluor to Neutral from Outperform. The analyst said his thesis was based on the early stage commodity cycle recovery and now he sees too few catalysts remaining in a difficult environment for industrials. The analyst also noted the stock's relative outperformance. Wittmann lowered his price target to $53 from $65 on Fluor shares.
