MKM Partners analyst Daniel Scott kept his Neutral rating and $56 price target on Fluor after its negative Q3 pre-announcement yesterday, saying the company has been hampered by lingering charges - particularly on gas-fired power plants - that have been "pestering results for several quarters". Scott further states that Fluor's execution "remains a concern", as the company's Q3 should mark the 8th miss out of the last 9 quarters in spite of the strong new awards.
