Citi analyst Andrew Kaplowitz lowered his price target for Fluor to $37 from $56 following the company's Q1 results to reflect slower energy related revenue burn, lower government related revenue in 2020 and lower margin assumptions. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on the shares but sees potential for ongoing execution issues and a "more muted" end market related recovery moving forward
