As previously reported, BofA/Merrill upgraded Flowserve to Buy from Neutral and raised its price target to $63 from $51. The firm's analyst said the appointment of R. Scott Rowe as CEO removes uncertainty about leadership uncertainty and said the Q4 earnings season was more positive than expected on backlog stabilization and into visibility on downstream MRO.
