SunTrust analyst Oscar Turner, noting that FleetCor's organic North America growth excluding currency fluctuations came in at 8% in Q3, remains upbeat on the company despite its revenue miss. He blames the miss on "macro headwinds," but says that the company's 2017 results should beat expectations, driven partly by revenue gains. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
