Wells Fargo analyst Timothy Willi upgraded FleetCor Technologies to Outperform from Market Perform and raised his price target range for the shares to $170-$180 from $155-$165. The 13% selloff since the company's Q3 results on November 1 is overdone and presents a buying opportunity, Willi tells investors in a research note. The analyst remains optimistic on FleetCor's 2017, believing fuel-related headwinds "should be less significant and could end up being neutral."
