Arrow Electronics (ARW) has signed an agreement to sell its Systems Integration business, specializing in unified communications, contact center, and voice and data technologies, to ConvergeOne, a global IT services provider of collaboration and technology solutions. Completion of the transaction is expected to occur within 30 days. ConvergeOne has entered into a definitive agreement with Forum Merger (FMCI), a special purpose acquisition company.
