Piper Jaffray analyst Troy Jensen downgraded Finisar to Neutral and cut his price target for the shares to $20 from $28. Demand trends will remain challenged for the next several quarters and the stock has historically not acted well during periods of margin compression, Jensen tells investors in a research note. He's also concerned that China's intention of sourcing more optical components domestically will weigh on the stock as well as the optical group.
