Piper Sandler analyst Troy Jensen raised his price target for Fabrinet to $75 from $68 saying the company reported strong December quarter results with revenue and earnings beating expectations. Guidance for Q3 was roughly in line with consensus despite an $8M-$10M headwind due to the extended shutdown of the China supply chain from the coronavirus situation, Jensen tells investors in a post-earnings research note. As long as the China and coronavirus issues don't compound, Fabrinet shares will outperform other optical component stocks, contends the analyst, who reiterates an Overweight rating on the name.
