As noted earlier, Stifel downgraded FormFactor to Hold from Buy. The firm was "puzzled and disappointed" by the company's inability to meet ramping SoC demand at one of its customers last quarter. The firm says that the company's decision to increase its SoC capacity going forward will weigh on its earnings growth this year. Stifel also notes that the company issued a negative Q1 preannouncement that was caused by both weakness in the DRAM market and the company's inability to meet its customer's SoC demand.
