Needham analyst Y. Edwin Mok says that after the initial concerns over the high price FormFactor paid for Cascade, the company's shares recently rallied due to expectations for a stronger second half of 2016. The analyst believes "solid demand" for SoC and RF probe cards combined with any recovery in DRAM should drive organic growth over the next few years, which coupled with deal synergies should drive "substantially greater" earnings expansion ahead. Mok reiterates a Buy rating on the stock and raised his price target on the shares to $11 from $10.
