As noted earlier, Needham analyst Y. Edwin Mok upgraded FormFactor to Strong Buy from Buy and raised his price target to $22 from $20. Mok says FormFactor is his "Top Pick for 2018" in the space based on his "expectation for solid demand, share gains in foundry/logic and low expectations set by conservative consensus estimates". The analyst says the company should command higher multiple based on its "consumables-oriented business model" and the growth trends of AP, Mobile Data, and Auto industries.
