BofA/Merrill expects another "gloomy" report from Underperform rated Fossil when it reports Q1 earnings on tomorrow. The firm's Q1 EPS estimate is 65c, vs. consensus of 69c, and remains concerned about slowing US watch sales, intentional pressures, and an expanding competitive environment. The firm sees downside risk to its below the Street FY15 EPS estimates of $5.57 from weaker growth and a shift towards the Apple Watch.
