Cowen said they like Fossil management's optimism following the Q2 earnings beat, but they still have concerns about the unpredictability of consumer reception on new products. The firm noted Fossil plans a huge Q4 wearables launch and Cowen said if trends deteriorate or if its wearables rollout misses expectations, the company's guidance may be too optimistic. Cowen reiterated its Market Perform rating and $30 price target on Fossil shares.
