After Polaris (PII) lowered its guidance, DA Davidson estimates that off-road vehicles and snowmobiles could account for nearly 20% of Fox Factory's (FOXF) revenue. However, the firm remains upbeat on Fox's longer term outlook, due partly to its belief that the growth of the company's mountain bike business will accelerate, while its Ford Raptor production will become material. The firm trimmed its price target on the name to $21 from $22 but keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
