After Francesca's (FRAN) announced that it had hired Stage Stores (SSI) CMO Steven Lawrence to replace interim-CEO Rick Kunes in a more permanent role, SunTrust analyst .Pamela Quintiliano says that Lawrence "is a strong choice." The analyst notes that Lawrence has over 25 years of retail leadership. She expects the transition to be "smooth," since the interim CEO will stay on as chairman. She reiterates an $18 price target and Buy rating on the shares.
