As reported earlier, BMO Capital analyst John Kim upgraded Franklin Street to Market Perform from Underperform with a price target of $8. The analyst says the REIT has likely "come through a trough earnings growth period" and expects it to achieve modest near-term FFO growth. Kim also sees Franklin Street's "solid leasing, refinancing of short-term debt, and a dividend cut earlier this year" placing it on more solid footing with occupancy also rising above 90%.
