As previously reported, Baird analyst Jayson Noland upgraded Fortinet (FTNT) to Outperform from Neutral, saying that the Firewall market has been consolidating around four players and he "increasingly" hears Fortinet in the conversation with industry leaders Check Point (CHKP), Cisco (CSCO) and Palo Alto (PANW). Noland, who expects Fortinet to remain a "market share taker for years to come," raised his price target on the shares to $50 from $38.
