After meeting with Fortinet's management, Wells Fargo says the company was bullish on the adoption of internal segmentation firewalls. According to Wells, the company reported that it had recently won deals involving such firewalls with Morgan Stanley (MS) and Bank of America (BAC). Wells sees evidence that the company is gaining momentum with larger enterprise accounts, and it keeps an Outperform rating on the shares.

Automotive data and software services provider Solera is weighing an initial public offering that may raise over $1B and has picked banks including Goldman Sachs (GS) and Morgan Stanley (MS) to work on the offering, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg's Amy Or and Ryan Gould. Solera could launch an offering as soon as in July, the sources noted. Reference Link
