Citi analyst Mark Kelley assumed coverage of Rocket Fuel and downgraded the shares to Sell from Neutral. The analyst cut his price target for the stock to $2.50 from $4. Kelly expects "considerable" take rate pressure starting in Q3 commission and points out Rocket's revenue is declining in a market that is growing 30%-plus.
