Gaia on January 7 raised prices on new subscriptions by $2 per month, Lake Street analyst Mark Argento tells investors in a research note. However, with the increase bring for new customers only, it will take time to flow through the model, adds the analyst. Nonetheless, Argento views the move as a positive and believes it demonstrates Gaia's pricing power GAIA while enhancing its subscriber economics. He keeps a Buy rating on the shares with a $28 price target.
