Barclays analyst Brandon Oglenski downgraded StealthGas to Equal Weight after launching the North America Shipping industry with a Negative view. The oversupply in ocean vessel capacity signals markets are unlikely to recover anytime soon, Oglenski tells investors in a research note. He cut his price target for the shares to $5 from $8.
