Stephens analyst Gordon McGuire initiated Glacier Bancorp with an Equal Weight rating and $42 price target, stating that he believes the stock's premium valuation is deserved and can be sustained, but he also sees 2020 EPS headwinds as he expects "a sizeable step-up" in provisioning levels due to CECL implementation.
